Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and detection of IgM antibodies and total IgM. Can also be used as labeled reagent for IgM or mu-chains detection by means of Western Blot and for passive hemagglutination. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Indirect FLISA: 5x10e-7 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgM from human serum. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
