Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and detection of IgM antibodies and total IgM. Can also be used as labeled reagent for IgM or mu-chains detection by means of Western Blot and for passive hemagglutination. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Indirect FLISA: 5x10e-7 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgM from human serum. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
