- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgG4 Fc followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP. Immunohistochemistry-Frozen Sections: Reported in literature Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin Sections: Reported in literature Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
