- Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent), Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-1:50,000 Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 596 nm Emission Wavelength: 620 nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red® conjugates are sensitive to light.
