Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:12,000-1:60,000 using 1ug of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline- 6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC). Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
