Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
