Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, distilled, deionized water or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:20,000-1:60,000 using peroxidase conjugted streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
