- Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15M sodium chloride, 1% BSA, (Protease/IgG free), 0.05% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1.1ml sterile ddH2O and let stand 30 minutes at RT to dissolve. Labeled with TRITC.

- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 550nm Emission: 570nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Light sensitive.
