Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:50,000-1:200,000. Using 1ug Rabbit IgG. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Reconstitution: 1 ml sterile, dH2O. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10–20 BAC molecules per Donkey IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
