- Label: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Application(s): suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilution(s): This product has been assayed against 1ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:4,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
