Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA:1:10,000 - 1:50,000 Flow Cytometry: 1:500 - 1:2,500 IF Microscopy: 1:1,000 -1:5,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
