Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent) (Fluorescent) and Immunofluorescence as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-1:50,000 Immunofluorescence Microscopy: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.6moles FITC per mole of Donkey IgG F(ab) Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
