- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:600 to 1:2800. 1.0 ug of rabbit IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
