Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:20,000-1:80,000 in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (S7973-97A) and ABTS as a Substrate for 30 min at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
