Recommended Dilution(s): ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:9000. Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE.
