Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, immunomicroscopy and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:8000-1:36,000; 1ug of Goat IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin (HRP) (S7973-97A) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Donkey IgG Fab molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
