Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Standard Capture ELISA: 1:2000-1:8000. Use 1.0ug of Goat IgG with pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Stord at 4°C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
