Extra Details:: I1904-14B is ideal for investigators involved in Serum Protein Component research. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:20,000-1:130,000. Assayed against 1ug mouse IgG in a standard ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) (S7973-97A) and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary: S7973-97A: Streptavidin (HRP) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
