- Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-mouse IgG, anti-mouse IgG F(ab’)2 and anti-mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti-mouse IgG F(c) or anti-papain.

- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).

Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
