- Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 ELISA: 1:17,000-1:1:100,000. Assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
