- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:80,000 to 1:320,000 using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min. at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
