Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:50,000-1:200,000; Assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin-HRP and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min. at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Donkey IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
