Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Human IgG F(c) molecule. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, distilled, deionized water or sterile 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.
Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
