Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000; Gives an A450 reading of ≥ 1.0 when tested against rabbit IgG (H&L) coated at 2ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
