- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (Molecular Weight 140,000 daltons) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
