Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:40,000. 1.0ug of Golden Syrian Hamster IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
