- Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Immunofluorescence: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 596nm Emission Wavelength: 620nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
