Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 4.1 moles Rhodamine (TRITC) per mole of guinea pig IgG Absorption Wavelength: 550nm Emission Wavelength: 570nm Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
