Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: Assayed against 1ug of goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 min. at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2000 to 1:8000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
