Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:8300 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Substrate: N2600-10 RT for 30 minutes. Label: Alkaline phoshpatase (calf intestine) (MW 14kD) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
