- Applications: Suitable for Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:100,000 to 1:500,000, 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per donkey IgG molecule. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
