- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunomicroscopy and FACS analysis. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:250 (~1ug will stain 1x10e6 cells) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) Source: Seaweed. Molecular weight: 24kD. Absorption Wavelength: 490nm, 545nm and 565nm Emission Wavelength: 580nm Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
