- Applications: Suitable for Immunomicroscopy, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and FACS Analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200 (~1ug PE conjugate will stain 1x10e6 cells). IF Microscopy: 1:100-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. MW of Label: 240kD Absorption Wavelength: 490, 545, 565nm Emission Wavelength: 580nm OD566nm/OD280nm: 2.6 Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. .
