- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:12,000. Assayed against 1ug of feline IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
