Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells from NS-O mouse myeloma cell line. Positive Control: Tonsil Negative Control: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
