Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50 -1:200. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not tested on paraffin tissues. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Flow Cytometry: F(ab')2 Rabbit anti-mouse IgG labled with FITC or RPE Immunohistochemistry: F(ab')2 Rabbit anti-mouse IgG labled with HRP Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
