- Extra Details:
- This is a cytotoxic antibody which detects HLA-B27 alloantigen. This antibody reacts with the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 47/47 individuals conventionally typed as HLA-B27+ and precipitates cell surface molecules of 43 and 12kD, corresponding to the HLA Class 1 heavy chain and beta 2 microglobulin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat; Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul of whole blood. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
