- Extra Details:
- The epitope recognized by this antibody has been studied extensively and would appear to include the carboxy-terminus of the alpha-2 helix and a turn on one of the underlying beta strands. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents (FC): F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG FITC F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE Recommended Secondary Reagents (IHC): F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Tonsil Recommended Negative Controls (IHC): Mouse IgG2b Negative Control Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
