Extra Details:: Applications: A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. This antibody IgG yields titres of greater than 1:1000 with 100ng of immobilized tat under standard ELISA conditions. Western ELISA may be performed at 1-2ug/ml of antibody depending on the nature and the quantity of the immobilized antigen. Histocytochemistry studies require antibody in 1:200 dilution range. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
