Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 10-100ng/ml Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Biological Activity: Neutralizes different strains of HIV-1 at 1-10ug/ml as determined by syncycium assays with CD4-bearing HIV-1 infected cells and co-cultures of HIV-1 infected human PBLs. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
