- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and In Vitro Virus Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 10-100ng/ml Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity: Neutralizes HIV-1 IIIB at 1-10ug/ml as determined by syncycium assays with CD4-bearing HIV-1 IIIB infected cells and co-cultures of infected PBLs. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
