- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunocytochemistry and ChIP. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000 to detect trimethylated-Histone H3 (Lys4) in HeLa nuclear acid extracts. Dot Blot: 1:10,000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 detected trimethyl histone H3 (Lys4) in HeLa cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HeLa nuclear extracts Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
