Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 detected acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys27) in acid extracts from sodium butyrate treated HeLa cells Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates chromatin from wild type yeast, compared to yeast containing a Histone H3 K27R substitution. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells treated with sodium butyrate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
