- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detected monomethylated Histone H3 in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells, but did not detect unmethylated recombinant Histone H3. Recombinant Histone H3 and acid extracts from HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis. transferred to nitrocellulose amd probed with H5110-11G (0.2mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
