Extra Details:: Histone H2A is one of the 5 main histone proteins involved in the structure of chromatin in eukaryotic cells. Featuring a main globular domain and a long N terminal tail H2A is involved with the structure of the nucleosomes of the 'beads on a string' structure. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 -1:5000. Detects Histone H2A (acidic patch) in acid extracts from Hela cell lysates. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
