Extra Details:: Herpes simplex Virus 1, also known as HSV-1, a member of the herpes virus family, Herpesviridae that infect humans. HSV-1 is contagious and symptoms of infection include watery blisters in the skin or mucous membranes of the mouth, lips or genitals. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Electron Microscopy and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
