Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Reacts with human Hepatitis C Virus. Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml will allow visualization of 0.5ug/lane of synthetic NS-4 peptide and 0.1ug/lane recombinant Chimeric HCV polyprotein Immunohistochemistry: Immunoperoxidase-avidin-biotin (ABC) assay for Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using diluted antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined bythe researcher. Myeloma: Sp2/0-Ag14 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
