Extra Details:: Made in yeast as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). Covers Asn 2054 to Cys 2995 (a portion of NS5a and NS5b) of the HCV polyprotein. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by end user. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
