Extra Details:: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Not suitable for use in Western blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:500 (employing native viral lysates). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: H1920-07 Positive Control: H1920-04: Hepatitis C Virus Core, 22kD, aa2-192, Recombinant (HCV) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE!
