Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (frozen and formalin/paraffin): 5-10ug/ml. Staining of formalin fixed tissue sections requires boiling the tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Immunoprecipitation: 10ug/mg of protein lysate (using Protein A) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: MAD109 cells or breast carcinoma Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
